Why VyntX
Built by People Who Have Done the Work.
VyntX Intelligence Ltd. was founded by construction professionals with direct experience across estimating, project management, procurement and delivery within the fire and security sector.
The platform was created from repeated exposure to the same operational problem: critical drawing information already existed, but extracting, checking and structuring it remained repetitive, fragmented and heavily dependent on manual effort.
Industry Experience
Commercial and Project Perspective
Our Story
VyntX Vision Core was created to reduce the manual effort involved in reviewing real construction drawings and converting drawing information into structured, reviewable takeoff data. The product is being shaped around practical contractor workflows rather than theoretical automation.
Mission
To give construction professionals controlled engineering intelligence: tools that remove repetitive drawing interpretation work without removing professional judgement.
Vision
A construction industry where drawing information is structured, reviewable and trusted, so that estimating and delivery teams spend their time on decisions rather than counting.
Promise
No overstated claims and no hidden automation. Every VyntX output is transparent, reviewable and approved by the person accountable for it.
Not fewer engineers. Better-equipped engineers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear Answers, No Overstated Claims
How can I see Vision Core in action?
Use “See How It Works” to watch the 2-minute Vision Core workflow video, or book a demo for a guided walkthrough and discussion of how the platform could fit your estimating process.
Who is Vision Core designed for?
Vision Core is designed for MEP contractors, estimators, engineers and technical teams working with drawing-based takeoff and estimating workflows.
How do I get started with Vision Core?
Start a free trial to begin using Vision Core directly, or book a demo if you want a guided walkthrough and discussion of how the platform could fit your estimating process.
How can Vision Core help my estimating team?
Vision Core reduces the repetitive manual work involved in drawing takeoff by preparing structured takeoff data for estimator review and sign-off. Instead of starting from scratch, the estimator reviews the proposed takeoff, confirms the approved result and moves the structured data into the existing estimating workflow. This helps teams reduce takeoff preparation time and cost, move to pricing sooner and keep specialist time focused on pricing and commercial decisions. Where external takeoff support is used, the same efficiency can also reduce the amount of routine work that needs to be outsourced.
How can I book a Vision Core demo?
What happens after I request a demo?
The VyntX team will review the information you provide and contact you to arrange the most relevant next
step. For product-demo enquiries, we may ask a few questions about your current takeoff workflow, drawing
types and primary MEP discipline so the session can be focused on your use case. Commercial, referral and
technology-partnership enquiries will be routed to the appropriate member of the VyntX team.
What does “Engineering Intelligence. Defined.” mean?
“Engineering Intelligence. Defined.” reflects the VyntX approach: practical AI-assisted tools built for real engineering and construction workflows.
The focus is on structured information, reviewable outputs, user control and faster decision-making—not generic AI automation.
What is VyntX Intelligence?
VyntX Intelligence Ltd. is an Irish software company developing AI-assisted engineering intelligence tools for the construction and building-services sector.
Its first product, VyntX Vision Core, is focused on helping contractors, estimators and engineering teams work more efficiently with electrical, mechanical and specialist building-services drawing packages.
VyntX is designed around a controlled workflow in which software assists with drawing analysis and data structuring while the user remains responsible for review, confirmation and final approval.
What is VyntX Vision Core?

Is VyntX Vision Core commercially available?
Does the user still review the output?
Yes. User review is an essential part of the VyntX Vision Core workflow.
The platform assists with drawing analysis and data structuring, but the user remains responsible for reviewing detections, correcting exceptions, confirming the information and approving the final output.
Is VyntX Vision Core fully automatic?
No. VyntX Vision Core is AI-assisted, not blind automation.
It is designed to reduce repetitive interpretation and preparation work while preserving professional judgement, accountability and final human approval.
What does AI-assisted mean in VyntX Vision Core?
AI-assisted means that VyntX Vision Core uses artificial intelligence to support parts of the drawing-analysis and data-structuring workflow.
The system can assist with interpreting drawing information, recognising relevant symbols and preparing structured findings.
It does not mean that every result should be accepted without review. The user remains responsible for validation, correction and final approval.
What can Vision AI Assistant help me with?
